Yep, it’s our third summery collab with Melbourne’s iconic outdoor floating bar and restaurant, Arbory Afloat, and if you’ve been desperate to get your hands on a bottle for yourself, you’re in luck.
Year on year, the limited release pink gin has received so much love that we decided it was only fair to share it with the rest of Australia. So, for the very first time, we are releasing a small number of bottles of this delicious pink liquid and delivering it to you wherever you are across the country.
If you want to get your hands on (what we’d consider) one of the best pink gins but you’re not from Melbourne, or if you’re desperate to keep drinking it after a summer at Arbory Afloat, then set your alarm for 15 February (or sign up to the Four Pillars database to get early access!).
Boasting citrus, spice and a touch of Turkish delight, one sip of this gin will take you to the chic and exotic beach clubs of the Mediterranean.
“There is no mistaking this is a Four Pillars Gin,” said Four Pillars Distiller Cameron Mackenzie.
“It has intense aromas of citrus with both the orange and finger lime giving a bright, fresh character.”
“The palate is a little different – pine forest juniper, light spice with a lingering Turkish delight character from the rose water. The light pink colour comes from the addition of Carmine, the natural colour used in many liqueurs such as Campari.”
Of course, our pink liquid required a lush bottle to match, so we’ve designed a label that captures the very essence of an exotic European holiday; pink-tinged sunsets over the Turquoise Coast of Turkey.
