Created using tiger nuts (which are not actually nuts but rather tubers), this delicious gluten-free beverage features a vibrantly sweet Mediterranean flavour. This deliciously light, creamy Spanish liqueur, takes its inspiration from the traditional horchata recipe from Valencia and infused with Licor 43 Original. The tiger nut is one of the earliest domesticated tubers and it has been a highly prized food since ancient Egypt. Tiger nut cultivation stretched from Egypt across North Africa to reach Spain in the VIII (eighth) century A.D. and it found its heartland in Valencia, where the soil and sun are perfect for its growth. Today, the tiger nut is considered a “superfood” with multiple beneficial properties.
The brand also features its “Did I mention I’m vegan?” tagline as an “unapologetic marketing approach”, Zamora Company said, to further communicate the credentials at the core of the brand. - 25 ml Villa Massa Limoncello (0.84 oz)
Fill a small glass with crushed ice. Pour 50 ml of Licor 43 Horchata + 25 ml of Villa Massa Limoncello. Stir and garnish with lemon peel
