While this Daiquiri variation is called the Winter Daiquiri, don’t let the name fool you. This drink is equally at home poolside as it is fireside. The duo of Rums makes this cocktail more complex, with Banks 5 Island Rum adding depth and Black Strap Rum adding notes of molasses, coffee, and cloves.
