Named after the Ed Sheeran song, The Hills Of Aberfeldy is a stunning twist on a highball that is perfect for those moments when you long for the smell of heather. A beautiful mix of Scotch, Benedictine, lemon Juice and Ginger Ale, this drink is easy to drink with a little spice.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30ml Scotch (Aberfeldy 12-year)
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Benedictine
  • squeeze squeeze Lemon Juice
  • top top Ginger Ale
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Add Scotch, Benedictine and a squeeze of a Lemon wedge to an ice-filled highball glass, then top with Ginger Ale
