The Flying Dutchman

Doomed to sail the seven seas forever but unable to make port, The Flying Dutchman is a legendary ghost ship. In liquid form, she mixes Gin, Green Melon Cordial, Green Apple Juice, Lemon Juice and, of course, a dash of saline solution. If seen on the ocean, she is a portent of doom. Seen in a glass, she’s topped with Prosecco, dill oil and a sprig of dill and far less ominous.
