The Strawberry Scotch Cocktail is a refreshing complex and delicious summer sipping drink. Light fruity strawberries mingle with peaty Scotch and tart lemon juice in a beverage that will just leave you happy.

Ingredients

1.25 oz. 38ml Whisky, Scotch, blended
2 2 Strawberries
4 sprigs 4 sprigs Thyme
1 oz. 30ml Lemon Juice
0.75 oz. 23ml Vanilla Simple Syrup
2 oz. 60ml Soda Water

Instructions

Muddle the strawberries and thyme springs in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, Scotch, Lemon Juice, and Vanilla Simple Syrup. Shake, then strain into a Collins glass and top with Soda Water.
