A featured offering at Cachette 1907 Bar during the inaugural New Orleans Cocktail Week, the Southern Gentleman is a riff on a Blueberry Bourbon smash and is, due to the addition of the fall sweetness of Pear Liqueur, just as gentile as its namesake.
