Created by Shannon Mustipher, at Glady’s, Brooklyn, this elegant riff on the Parasol cocktail leans into Baijiu’s natural fruity flavour by combining it with Passionfruit Liqueur, Lime & Pineapple Juice to create the perfect summer drink.


  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Baijiu
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Rum, Navy
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Passionfruit Liqueur
  • 1 oz. 30ml Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. 30ml Pineapple Juice
Display: oz. ml.

Add all ingredients to a shaker tine with ice and shake. Fine strain into a cocktail glass.
