San Francisco (Café Royal)

Adapted from a recipe in W.J. Tarling’s 1937 Café Royal Cocktail Book, the San Francisco is wonderful spiritous, fruity and aromatic. With Sloe Gin, Dry Vermouth, Sweet Vermouth, as well as Orange & Angostura Bitters, this has a lovely complexity that will make it one of your favourites.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30ml Sloe Gin
  • 1 oz. 30ml Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz. 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 dash 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 dash 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Stior all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass

Garnish

Maraschino Cherry
