If you’re after an “extra dirty” Martini but with a touch of spice, then the Salt & Pepper Martini, created by Michael McIlroy at Temple Bar in NYC, is your answer. The Celery Bitters, Manzanilla Sherry and Saline Solution add that dirty element, while the Liqueur and pepper garnish add the spice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml London Dry Gin
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Manzanilla Sherry
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Blanc Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Giffard Piment d’Espelette
  • 8 dash 8 dash Celery Bitters
  • 2 drops 2 drops Saline Solution
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir to combine. Strain into a coupe.
