The Ruby Negroni could best be described as a great starter Negroni. If you find the bitterness of Campari & Gin a little too much, then this drink allows you to sweeten up the mix with the addition of a little Raspberry Syrup, Port, & Prosecco.
Add Gin, Campari, Port and Syrup to an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir well and strain into a Champagne flute, then top with Prosecco
