The wonderful aperitif wine, Lillet Rose, takes the driver’s seat in this fruity, summery Martini riff. The best way to describe a Reverse Rose Martini, is by referring to it as a Martini/Aperitif hybrid, which has less Gin than the traditional Martini but enough Lillet Rose (instead of Vermouth) to provide a much lighter, floral flavour.
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake, then pour into the glass using a cocktail strainer.
