Ramos Gin Fizz

One of the most visually impressive classic cocktails, the Ramos Gin Fizz is all about the dry shake and the extended shaking required to achieve the towering soufflé. While the ingredients may look simple, this drink is a bit of a workout but well worth the effort.

“Taking in the best of New Orleans Cocktail Week, had lead Vanessa to the iconic Bourbon Street. After popping onto a few bars, she decided to do the most touristy thing she could by ordering the most iconic classic the city had to offer. Luckily, she eventually found a bartender athletic enough to bring her request satifacturally to a head.”


  • 2 oz. 60ml Plymouth Gin
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Simple Syrup
  • 3 drops 3 drops Orange Flower Water
  • 1 oz. 30ml Cream
  • 1 1 Egg White
  • 2 oz. 60ml Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.




Add all ingredients except for soda to a cocktail shaker. Shake for as long as you can without ice (at least two or three minutes). Add ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a Collins glass, adding the soda water at the same time.
