Dry Curacao becomes the star of this martini-style highball with Gin, Dry vermouth, Orange Bitters and Soda Water created by Greg Best at the Ticonderoga Club in Atlanta, GA

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Beefeater Gin
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 2 dash 2 dash Regan's Orange Bitters
  • top top Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

In a mixing glass, stir all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled highball glass, then top with soda water
