Created by H. Joseph Ehrmann of San Fransisco’s Elixir Saloon, the Peppermelon Cocktail combines sweet watermelon, smooth gin, and spicy black pepper honey syrup for a drink with an intriguing twist.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then fine strain into a chilled glass
Black Pepper Honey Syrup – combine 1/2oz water and 1/2oz honey and black pepper to taste and mix thoughly.
