A little like an aged rum-based Espresso Martini, Out To Sea adds unexpected depth and character with the inclusion of Fernet Branca and Falernum for a drink that is ideal as an aperitif (and is far less salty than the name implies).


  • 1.7 oz. 51ml Rum, Aged
  • 1.35 oz. 41ml Coffee, Cold Brew
  • 0.67 oz. 20ml Falernum
  • 0.2 oz. 6ml Fernet Branca
  • 3 dash 3 dash Saline solution (10:1)
Display: oz. ml.


Shake all ingredients with ice and then fine strain into a chilled glass
