Unlke the South American river of the same name, the Orinoco cocktail is a wonderful mix of Cachaça, Apple Juice, Fino Sherry, White Creme de Cacao, all sweetened with Orgeat Syrup.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass
Dust lightly with Cocao powder
