Old Mill Cocktail

For a spicy and warming on the rocks cocktail, the Old Mill can’t be beat. Peaty Islay Malt & Calvados combine with a good dose of Ginger Wine to create a cocktail that’s ideal for sipping when the temperature drops.


  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Calvados
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Scotch
  • 1 oz. 30ml Ginger Wine
  • 0.3 oz. 9ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2 dash 2 dash Peychard's Bitters
Display: oz. ml.




Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass
