For a fun, easy, tropical drink that looks as good as it tastes, you can’t go past a Midori Splice. With Midori, Coconut Rum, Pineapple Juice and a head of Coconut Cream, this is one drink that combines the best flavours of summer.

Ingredients

1 oz. 30ml Midori
1 oz. 30ml Coconut Rum
4 oz. 120ml Pineapple Juice (fresh pressed)
top top Coconut Cream

Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Add Midori & Coconut Rum to an ice-filled highball glass. Add Pineapple Juice and stir. Carefully pour Coconut Cream over the back of a bar spoon to add as a top layer.
