If you are after a spicy, rich and bittersweet variation on a Negroni, then the apple brandy-based cocktail, Mela d’Alba (or Apple Brandy Negroni) is for you. Now, the trick with this is to use Bonded Apple Brandy, not just Applejack, ’cause you want the strong stuff.
Add apple brandy, sweet vermouth, and Campari to an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. Stir until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
