Longest Sip

Main Spirit Cognac
Difficulty Medium
Technique Shaken

With the ingredients of the cocktail also making up the foam top, the Longest Sip, created by Nkosinathi Shabangu from Saint in Johannesburg, is a wonderfully complex drink with a robust mouthfeel. The aroma and spice of the Lavender Ricard Syrup blends seamlessly with the bitters that open up the flavours of the Cointreau and Cognac
