Mixing fresh cucumber and gin with the herbaceous flavour of Green Chartreuse will result in a Lone Palm. This drink is vibrant and ultra-refreshing, created by Diego Valencia at ARCA in Tulum.
In a shaker, muddle the cucumber with the simple syrup and lime juice. Add the gin, green Chartreuse and ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
