A riff on a Rum Negroni, Little Cuba blends flavours of chocolate and raisin with a delicate herbal spice. Created by Lisa Kempen at Deadshot in Auckland, this drink stirs Cacao & Coffee Spiced Rum with Cynar and Sweet Vermouth.


  • 1 oz. 30ml Spiced Rum (Cacao & Coffee)
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Cynar
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Sweet Vermouth
Display: oz. ml.


Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass with a large ice cube
