With the Lilikoi Sunset, Mauro Hernandez at Strong Water in Anaheim has created a Daiquiri riff that is a passionfruit version of the original. Leaning into the tropical nature of the drink, this riff uses Passionfruit Syrup and a touch of funk with Jamaican Rum.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into a chilled coupe
