If you are after a cocktail with deep rooty and herbal notes, you’ll scream, ‘Jeez Louise’. Created by Chris McMillian at the Revel Cafe & Bar In New Orleans, this is a bittersweet drink highlighted by zesty citrus and subtle carbonation.

Ingredients

  • 1.35 oz. 41ml Averna Amaro
  • 0.68 oz. 20ml Cointreau
  • 0.42 oz. 13ml Cynar
  • 0.68 oz. 20ml Lime Juice
  • 1.69 oz. 51ml Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake first four ingredients with ice, then strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with Soda
