Inspired by a Pina Colada, the flavours of Jalapina are all about the Blanco Tequila. The drink adds a bit of spice to compliment the creamy notes and the toasted coconut playing against the caramel and banana of the agave spirit.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then fine strain over cubed ice into a chilled glass
