This drink comes from Ted Saucier’s 1951 book, Bottom’s Up & is basically, a Vodka Mojito.  Served straight up, Hi Ladies is a tasty mix of Vodka, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup & just that little bit of muddled Mint.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Vodka
  • 8 8 Mint Leaves
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Sugar Syrup
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
