If you are after an almost mesmerising cocktail then you can’t go past the wonderful flavours of the Hades Cocktail. The wonderful spice of Kraken Rum, is added to the caramel sweet yet slightly bitter finish Averna, then brought together with the bitter-sweet palette of Rosso Vermouth.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and stir until properly chilled and diluted. Strain into a stemmed wine glass.
Freshly grate nutmeg on top.
