This simple and tasty 2:3:8 recipe is not as sour as a traditional sour (which is usually 3:4:8 – three-quarters sour, 1 part sweet and 2 parts strong) but the bite of the Ginger Syrup definitely makes up for it.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass
