A riff on Brazil’s national drink, the Gin Caipirinha obviously swaps out Cachaça for Gin and sugar for honey but at least keeps in the lovely Limes.
Combine lime wedges and honey in an empty rocks glass and muddle. Fill the glass with ice and add the gin. Transfer contents into a shaker and shake before pouring back into the original rocks glass.
