As you might assume from the name, this Tequila based drink is a riff on the classic Gimlet. As everyone knows Tequila and Lime are divine and the earthiness of this spirits certainly makes up for the loss of Gin’s botanicals.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass
