Although it may have a distinctly Gothic feel, the Gargoyle and Spire Cocktail has a wonderfully bitter but refreshing taste. Strega (Italian for the Witch) joins Gin, Orange Bitters and Champagne in what would have to be the perfect sipping drink to watch the creatures of the night.

Ingredients

1 oz. 30ml Gin
0.75 oz. 23ml Strega Liqueur
0.25 oz. 8ml Simple Syrup
2 dash 2 dash Orange Bitters
top top Champagne or Sparkling Wine

Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Combine the Gin, Strega, Simple Syrup & Bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice then stir and strain into a Highball glass and top off with Champagne or Sparkling Wine.
