This long and refreshing Raspberry and Champagne cocktail was created in 2014 for Laurent-Perrier by Sean ware of the London Cocktail Club. A variation of Dick Bradsell’s Russian Spring Punch, it mixes Vodka, Chambord, Raspberries, Lemon Juice and Champagne.
Muddle the raspberries in the base of a shaker before adding Vodka, Chambord and Lemon Juice. Shake with ice, then strain to an ice-filled glass. Top with Champagne.
