Created by Lex Haynesworth at Fet-Fisk in Pittsburgh, the Fernetea is, as you might imagine, a cocktail that combines Fernet and Tea. Low in ABV, this cooling drink combines a mix of amaro, chilled peppermint tea, simple syrup and oat milk.
Add the first three ingredients to a Collins glass over ice and stir to combine. Top with oat milk.
