Fernetea

Created by Lex Haynesworth at Fet-Fisk in Pittsburgh, the Fernetea is, as you might imagine, a cocktail that combines Fernet and Tea. Low in ABV, this cooling drink combines a mix of amaro, chilled peppermint tea, simple syrup and oat milk.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz. 75ml Peppermint Tea
  • 1 oz. 30ml Fernet-Branca
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Demerara Syrup
  • top top Oat Milk
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Add the first three ingredients to a Collins glass over ice and stir to combine. Top with oat milk.
