Nothing goes better with Vermouth than fruit, as is seen with Django Reinhardt. Created by San Diago bartender Erick Castro from Polite Provisions, this is a cocktail that blends Dry Vermouth, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and some muddled Orange slices.


  • 3 oz. 90ml Dry Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Simple Syrup
  • 3 3 Orange slices
Display: oz. ml.




Combine Vermouth, Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup in an ice-filled shaker and then strain over ice
