Mixing the wonderful combination of Amaro and Sherry, the Cobble Stone Highball is a simple, long drink, further cooled by the inclusion of muddled cucumber and a topping of sparkling wine.

Ingredients

1 oz. 30ml Amaro Montenegro
1 oz. 30ml Fino Sherry
0.75 oz. 23ml Lemon Juice
0.75 oz. 23ml Simple Syrup
2 2 Cucumber slices
top top Sparkling Wine

Instructions

Muddle cucumber slices in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients (except Sparkling Wine) then shake with ice. Strain into a glass and top with Sparkling Wine.
