Carrot Rosemary Gin Fizz

While it’s true that you can’t go wrong with a Gin Fizz, the addition of savoury flavours makes it all the more right. With Gin, Boardroom Spirit’s Carrot “C” speciality spirit, rosemary simple syrup and lemon juice, this variation on the classic is the perfect Easter weekend sundowner

  • 2 oz. 60ml Gin
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Carrot “C” specialty spirit (Boardroom Spirits)
  • 1 oz. 30ml Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. 30ml Lemon Juice
  • top top Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.




Combine vodka, Boardroom Carrot “C” speciality spirit and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Mix and pour into a highball glass with ice. Top with club soda, a squirt of rosemary simple syrup and stir. Garnish with lime slice and serve

*For the Rosemary Simple Syrup – heat one c. water, one c. sugar, and 3 tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves until sugar dissolves. Turn down to simmer for 10 more minutes. Remove from heat to cool and strain into a storage container. Simple syrup can be refrigerated for 2-3 weeks.
