The Bushwick is a tasty Italian-American mix that was created by Phil Ward in 2009 when he was at Mayahuel in New York. It is, as you might assume from the name a riff on the Brooklyn with Rye, Sweet Vermouth, Maraschino Liqueur and Amer Picon.
Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled glass
