A Bourbon & Jam is an easy mix of Blackberry Jam, Bourbon, Lemon Juice and a tiny bit of Honey. This drink, with its use of jam, is the perfect way to get the flavour of Blackberries, if the fruit is out of season.
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass and add Soda Water to top
