Incorporating red-hued Campari, the Bitter Mai Tai is a decidedly bitter spin on the classic Tiki cocktail. Created by Jeremy Oertel at Brooklyn bar Dram, the drink also incorporates funky Jamaican rum, Orgeat and Orange Curaçao.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and strain into a large rocks glass over crushed ice.
