For an Eastern European version of a Gin & Tonic, you can’t go past a Beton Cocktail. Add the Czech liqueur, Becherovka to a good quality Tonic Water for a cool refreshing drink with a hint of spice.
Fill a Collins glass with ice, pour Becherovka over ice, squeeze in lemon wedge, and top off with tonic.
