Created by Erik Hakkinen of Seattle’s Zig Zag Café, the Basil Spritz is precisely what the name suggests … a Spritz cocktail that is made with basil. In addition, this drink also incorporates a base of Gin and Pear Liqueur.
Shake Gin, Pear Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Basil leaves and Soda in an ice-filled shaker. Strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Top with Prosecco.
