Baja Mojito

If your looking for a laid-back, fruity, slightly sweet Mojito riff, than a Baja Mojito is definitely your drink. Most often found on holidays or by a pool, the Gold Rum, Passionfruit and Passionfruit Liqueur all combine for drink that says RELAX in capital letters.

Ingredients

1 1 Passionfruit
8 8 Mint Leaves
2 oz. 60ml Gold Rum
0.5 oz. 15ml Lime Juice
0.5 oz. 15ml Sugar Syrup
0.25 oz. 8ml Passionfruit Liqueur

Instruction

Cut Passionfruit in half and scoop flesh into a glass. Add Mint and gently muddle, before adding Rum, Lime Juice and crushed ice. Stir drink to mix before sizzling in the Passionfruit Liqueur
