Created by Zac Overman at the now-defunct Fort Defiance in Brooklyn, the Angostura Colada is a riff on a Pina Colada. While retaining the original’s Pineapple and Coconut, the drink replaces much of the Rum with Angostura bitters, which is balanced by the Overproof Rum and Lime.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then pour into a crushed ice-filled glass
