The Almost Rye is a relaxing drink made from Bourbon Whiskey, Pimento Dram and Orange Zest. Interestingly, the flavor combination of Bourbon and Pimento Dram results in a drink that has a taste very similar to a good straight Rye Whiskey, but with an added bonus of Orange.
Fill a Rocks Glass with ice. Add Bourbon & Pimento Dram and stir carefully.
