Alexis' Bordeaux Sour

A twist. on a classic whiskey sour, the Alexis’ Bordeaux Sour gets its colour and flavour from muddled Maraschino cherries and Lillet Rouge. Add to that Whiskey, Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup, Egg White and Orange Bitters and then this cocktail is bound to delight.


  • 2 oz. 60ml Whiskey, Bourbon
  • 1 oz. 30ml Lillet Rouge
  • 2 2 Maraschino Cherries
  • 1 oz. 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 bar spoons 2 bar spoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 1 Egg White
  • 5 dash 5 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 oz. 30ml Soda Water
Display: oz. ml.




Muddle lemon juice, maple syrup, and cherries in a cocktail shaker. Add Whiskey, Lillet Rouge, egg white, bitters, and ice, then. shake vigorously and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with Soda Water
