A twist on a classic Whiskey Sour, the Alexis’ Bordeaux Sour has the usual Whiskey and Lemon Juice but adds sweetness with Maple Syrup and its froth from egg white. Additionally, it gets its colour and an additional depth of flavour from muddled Maraschino Cherries and Lillet Rouge.
Muddle lemon juice, maple syrup, and cherries in a cocktail shaker. Add Whiskey, Lillet Rouge, egg white, bitters, and ice, then. shake vigorously and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with Soda Water
