Global spirits company Amber Beverage Group in partnership with California-based Pacific Edge Wine & Spirits is introducing the award-winning Rooster Rojo Tequila to US consumers.

Using only 100% Blue Weber Agave, Rooster Rojo Tequila is produced in small batches at the very base of the Volćan de Tequila.

Crafted by Fabrica de Tequilas Finos Master Distiller Arturo Fuentes Cortes, Rooster Rojo has been blended with water that is filtered through real Mexican silver. Rooster Rojo is reportedly the first tequila to use this technique, packaged in an authentic old-style bottle representing the Volćan de Tequila.

The UK’s Hawkridge Distillers has announced the launch of its debut premium whisky, made in partnership with the renowned Berkshire-based celebrity chef, Alain Roux.

Aged in oak bourbon barrels, the Single Malt is imbued with honeyed sweetness, toasted oak, and a hint of orchard fruits.
