Zamora Company, the makers of Licor 43, have released a coffee-flavoured ready-to-drink (RTD) product to celebrate the liqueur brand’s 75th anniversary.
Carajillo, a drink that combines coffee with alcohol and is popular throughout Spain and many South American countries, is often made with Licor 43, so the RTD is a convenient way to naturally extend the brand.
“The secret to Licor 43’s success during our 75-year history is our capability to continuously adapt to changing consumer needs,” said Julian Fernandez, global marketing and innovation director for spirits at Zamora Company.
“Our latest innovation – the Carajillo 43 RTD – taps into the trend for delicious low-alcohol products which offer convenience and are produced from quality, natural ingredients,” he continued.
Combining Licor 43 with 100% Mexican Arabica coffee, the new Carajillo 43 flavours of vanilla, ripe fruit and citrus and spice, all blended with cocoa and chocolate from the Mexican coffee.
