Award-winning non-alcoholic aperitif brand Everleaf is celebrating Dry January by teaming up with world-renowned London cocktail bar Tayēr + Elementary for a limited-edition, non-alcoholic Ready-To-Drink (RTD) canned cocktail.
The Blood Orange + Timur Pepper Highball will be available to purchase in a 250ml slimline can from both the Everleaf and Tayēr + Elementary websites and will also be on the menu at the bar.
Made with Everleaf Forest, juicy blood orange and a vibrant burst of Timur spice, the Highball is naturally complex and bittersweet with citrusy, spicy notes.
Providing an easy and flavourful non-alcoholic alternative to enjoy, whether entertaining at home or in the bar with friends, the expression is ideal for those looking to moderate or cut back on drinking this January.
This collaboration between Everleaf founder Paul Mathew and the renowned duo Alex Kratena and Monica Berg of Tayēr + Elementary, has resulted from a long-term friendship bwteen the brands and a desire to exploring various flavours and ingredients together.
The Blood Orange + Timur Pepper Highball is the first non-alcoholic RTD from the Tayēr + Elementary team, and its creation combines Mathew’s incredible experience and knowledge of conservation biology with Berg’s and Kratena’s outstanding mixology skills.
The expression will be available for purchase from 16th January through Everleaf’s website everleafdrinks.com and Tayēr’s online shop tayer-elementary.com for £4.50, as well as from the Tayēr + Elementary bar.
